We believe the fees we charge for our services reflect not just the expertise of the counsellor during any particular counselling encounter, but also recognises the work, research, reflection and thought given to the client's concerns between sessions.
The initial, without obligation, thirty minute assessment/counselling session is FREE. The session can be either by telephone or at our consulting rooms. If this session is conducted at our counselling rooms they can usually be extended by thirty minutes or for a further a full hour. See fees below.

Above hourly fee applies, plus 50 pence per mile travelling expenses. (round trip mileage). Local areas only.

Email counselling
To receive and reply to one email £40.00
Client's emails must not exceed two A4 sheets at font size 12, but in the first email clients should ALSO include details of their position - age, gender, ethnicity, marital status, employment, etc. This will not be included in the size restriction.
Postal Counselling
To receive and reply to one letter £40.00

PLEASE NOTE
Non attendance In the event of the client being unable to keep an appointment for face to face or telephone counselling there is no charge providing 24 hours notice is given. Otherwise a 50% charge will apply.
